Refund policy
- Your local consumer law takes precedent over any points below
- Cost of return postage covered by the customer - in some cases we can provide and charge for a label
- Postage is not refunded, only the cost of the products - unless consumer law in your location states otherwise
- No returns on items on Sale - unless consumer law in your location states otherwise
- Items must be like new with the tags attached
- Refund/exchange is processed once the items are received and checked
- Exchange items are not set aside
- If 3 or more items are returned, a 10% restock fee is applied
- No restock fees for less than 3 items
- Australia, UK and USA can return to local sites, all other regions must return to Australia
